Alex hails from the Atlanta, GA, but now calls Australia home. Building on studies in anthropology, he completed a Master of Design at the IIT Institute of Design in Chicago where he became interested in the way that insights about people and culture can be used to reshape designed experiences big and small.
Alex has worked as a strategist, researcher, and experience designer for the last 11 years, both in consulting at Second Road and internally as a Design Principal at AMP and Salesforce Ignite. More recently he has spent time as a design educator and coach with LUMA Institute and Salesforce Work Differently
When he's not working, Alex is probably cycling, bushwalking or taking pictures.
